What can I expect to pay in shipping costs?
Standard ground shipping costs begin at $5.95 for domestic and will go up depending on the weight of the order and/or location. International shipping begins at $6.95. Priority Shipping begins at $9.20. Expedited services are also available - see checkout for pricing.
What are the available shipping methods and processing delivery times?
SHIPPING METHODS: We offer USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service) as shipping options at checkout.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES: Most orders leave our facility in 48 business hours or less but please allow up to 72 business hours for processing. Depending on your order day and time, actual order prep time, and service irregularities (e.g., Saturday delivery) can affect your delivery date. If your order is time sensitive, we recommend contacting Lilla Rose to determine the best shipping method for your order. No orders are processed on the weekend, which can affect orders placed on Fridays.
DELIVERY TIMES: All Standard Shipping types do not guarantee delivery times. Tracking information will show an estimated time of delivery only. UPS deliveries are guaranteed for the service chosen. Do not count Saturday or Sunday in figuring delivery days. You may calculate UPS shipping times here. Enter La Habra California 90631 as the SHIP FROM information. The costs found at UPS.com are not accurate and you will need to check your Lilla Rose cart for UPS shipping costs.

Tracking Your Order
When you or your Customer place an order, the order confirmation email will be sent to the email address used when placing the order. There will be a shipment tracking link included in that email. Click on the link to be taken to the chosen Shipper’s website where you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

What are the shipping restrictions?
P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses cannot receive guaranteed shipping. Our suggestion is to select standard shipping as a preferred shipping method.
